Role at a glance

We are searching for a Lead Protocol Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. We are looking for a seasoned professional who is ready to take ownership of our technical architecture and help us scale our impact.

Your impact

• Lead the development, maintenance, and deployment of our smart contracts while maintaining a relentless focus on security.
• Direct our security strategy by conducting threat modeling, internal audits, and managing our bug bounty programs.
• Own the strategic technical roadmap and prioritize architectural decisions to ensure our protocol remains at the forefront of the industry.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in engineering and a passion for decentralized technology. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience working with Solidity.
• Extensive proficiency in TypeScript.
• Proven experience deploying smart contracts within highly adversarial environments.
• A track record of building and maintaining secure software with high reliability standards.
• Practical experience with security and auditing processes.
• An investigative, growth-oriented mindset and a deep interest in blockchain interoperability.
