We are looking for a Lead Program Manager to join our Business Operations team and help us simplify the way homeowners manage their properties. As a fast-growing company in a massive industry, we rely on our team to drive operational excellence and support the small businesses that power local economies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our Chief Financial Officer and finance leadership to define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for the finance function.
- Oversee complex, high-visibility programs from initial planning through to final implementation, including annual budgeting and strategic planning cycles.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively develop creative, solutions-oriented strategies to keep projects on track.
- Create and maintain process documentation and project management resources to support both the finance team and our broader internal program management community.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 to 10 years of professional experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within the finance department of a technology marketplace.
- Proven expertise in project management with a strong ability to handle complex, multi-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and collaborate effectively with executive leadership.
- A proactive mindset that allows you to manage stakeholder expectations and stay ahead of project requirements.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while maintaining a curious and independent work style.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- A Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, or organizational development.
- A background in management or financial consulting.
- Professional project management certifications.
