Our mission is to help customer-facing teams boost their productivity and gain a deeper understanding of their markets by analyzing the voice of the customer. By utilizing AI to extract meaningful insights from sales interactions, we empower companies to refine their strategies and improve execution. As a fast-growing startup of 60 people, we are looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Paris and help us scale our impact.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute our market intelligence strategy by analyzing SaaS trends, monitoring competitors, and conducting direct research with our clients to shape our product roadmap.
- Empower our revenue teams by creating effective sales enablement materials, such as product sheets and videos, while ensuring they are well-versed in our competitive landscape.
- Lead our go-to-market efforts and user experience initiatives, working alongside product managers to drive feature adoption and create seamless onboarding journeys.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 to 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically within the SaaS, tech, or sales-driven sectors. We value candidates who possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Because you will be managing a junior team member, previous experience in a leadership role is highly appreciated. You must be bilingual in French and possess professional proficiency in English.
