What is this role?

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis from anywhere in Spain. The position calls for someone at the lead level who will guide product direction for our mobile apps and help shape the next generation of personalized learning experiences.

What will you do?

• Partner with company leadership to craft a long-term product vision and strategy that keeps our apps at the forefront of AI-driven education while meeting the needs of hundreds of millions of global learners.
• Drive user acquisition and retention by designing growth initiatives, running A/B tests, analyzing behavioral data, and refining features that increase engagement and lifetime value.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and content specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation and ensuring that new ideas are balanced with practical, scalable solutions.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring at least six years of product management experience, ideally within a B2C internet or technology company, and you have already helped scale successful mobile apps with large user bases. You are fluent in English, comfortable working in a matrix organization, and skilled at translating data and user insights into clear product decisions. A solid grasp of user-experience principles, strong analytical thinking, and proven project-delivery skills round out your profile, along with the creativity and self-organization needed to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
