At Colla Health, we are driven by a singular, vital mission. We provide behavioral healthcare to the 17 million cancer patients across the United States, acting as a seamless extension of their physical medical treatment. While one in three cancer patients faces a diagnosed mental health condition, only a small fraction currently receives the support they need. We are changing that by embedding accessible, evidence-based behavioral health directly into oncology practices. Backed by premier venture capital, our team of clinicians, technologists, and operations experts is building a future where mental and physical health are treated as one.
The opportunity
As our first Lead Product Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our founding team. You will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of our product strategy, roadmap, and the launch of our initial MVP. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between clinical needs and technical execution. You will guide our digital patient experience and ensure our technology stack effectively supports our virtual care model, ultimately shaping how we deliver outcomes-based care to those who need it most.
A day in the life
- You will own the creation and management of our product roadmap, translating our vision for virtual behavioral models in oncology into actionable strategy.
- You will collaborate closely with our clinical and operations teams to design and implement complex EMR workflows and integrations.
- You will act as a product evangelist, supporting B2B sales efforts and managing our technology vendor relationships to ensure we build a robust, scalable product.
Who you are
You are a seasoned product leader with at least 5 years of experience developing health tech products. You possess a deep understanding of EMR systems, FHIR standards, and the nuances of integrating third-party data via APIs. You thrive in the early stages of a company, where you can take full accountability for building products from the ground up. You communicate clearly, synthesize complex information into coherent plans, and remain comfortable navigating the ambiguity that comes with an entrepreneurial environment. English proficiency is required for this role.
Why you'll love it here
We are building something meaningful, and we want you to have a true stake in our success. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our growth.
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- The freedom of a remote work environment.
- The opportunity to work within a world-class start-up incubation platform.
