About the Role

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager on a Full Time basis. In this position you will define and drive the product vision for our mobile applications, working closely with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, data-informed experiences that support personalized learning at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to set a clear product vision and long-term strategy that aligns with company goals and the evolving needs of global learners.
• Guide product decisions using user insights and data analytics, collaborating with design and engineering to create engaging, personalized mobile experiences.
• Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation, scaling successful features while balancing creativity with practical, data-backed solutions.

Requirements

• At least four years of product management experience, ideally within a B2C internet or technology company.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects from definition through execution, including planning and scheduling.
• Hands-on experience developing and shipping mobile applications.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a deep understanding of user experience and design principles.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with high levels of creativity, problem-solving ability, and self-organization.

Location

This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Spain.
