We are Colla Health, a mission-driven company dedicated to improving the quality of life for the 17 million cancer patients across the United States. By integrating behavioral healthcare directly into oncology practices, we address the critical mental health needs of patients who are currently underserved. As our first Lead Product Manager, you will join our founding team to shape our product strategy and launch our initial MVP, working remotely from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of our product roadmap, vision, and strategy for our virtual behavioral care model.
- Collaborate closely with our clinical and operations teams to design and implement EMR workflows and integrations.
- Foster a culture of transparency and trust by establishing OKRs that drive our growth and product success.
- Oversee the product organization budget and guide critical build versus buy technology decisions.
- Act as a product evangelist to support our B2B sales efforts during key cycles.
- Manage technology vendors, contractors, and software licensing to build out our initial service offerings.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience developing and managing health tech products, specifically involving EHR, EMR, or healthcare billing systems.
- Proven expertise in interoperability, FHIR standards, and EMR data integrations.
- Strong technical understanding of how to leverage APIs to integrate third-party data into a seamless user experience.
- Demonstrated success in building products from the ground up, with a focus on 0-1 development.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take full ownership of outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans.
