We are looking for a visionary to join us as our first product hire and help us build the future of patient-centered care.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our founding team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere. As a lead-level hire, you will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of our product strategy, roadmap, and the launch of our initial MVP.

Your impact

• Define and manage the product roadmap and vision for our unique virtual behavioral model within oncology settings.
• Collaborate closely with our clinical and operations leaders to design and implement effective EMR workflows and integrations.
• Drive organizational success by establishing transparency through OKRs and fostering a culture of idea sharing and trust.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has a deep passion for building 0-1 products. You should have at least 5 years of experience in health tech, specifically with EMR systems or healthcare billing. You will be successful here if you possess the following:

• Strong technical fluency with APIs, FHIR standards, and EMR data integrations.
• A proven ability to make strategic buy versus build decisions that prioritize a seamless user experience.
• Experience assisting with B2B sales cycles by acting as a product evangelist.
• The ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable plans while operating in ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in English.
