About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will lead our Identity and Security efforts, working at the intersection of growth and risk. You will be responsible for establishing foundational flows for user verification and authentication while managing the systems that keep our platform, users, and content safe from emerging threats. This is an opportunity to solve complex challenges for millions of global users at a company experiencing double-digit growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity and security, including login, SSO, MFA, and authentication systems.
- Act as a primary liaison between security engineering and product teams to ensure security is integrated early in the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Legal, Growth, and Risk teams to prioritize opportunities, define success metrics, and manage vendor relationships for third-party integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on online authentication, identity management, fraud, or security.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, turn conflicting inputs into solid action plans, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of secure design review practices and regulatory frameworks governing digital identity and platform security.
- Experience with Auth0, Single Sign-On, Multifactor Authentication, or Passwordless Login at scale is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This position is remote and can be based anywhere within our eligible regions, which include specific states across the United States, provinces in Canada, and Mexico.
Compensation and Benefits
For positions based in the United States outside of California, the salary range is $129,000 to $231,000. In California, the range is $156,500 to $244,000. For roles in Canada, the range is $162,000 CAD to $231,000 CAD. Actual compensation is determined based on experience, skill sets, and relevant education.
