Role at a glance
Lead Product Manager, full-time, hybrid role open to candidates anywhere. We need someone with lead-level experience who can drive both brand-new product builds and ongoing optimization across our AI Course Assistant teams.
Your impact
- Define the vision and success metrics for your product area by combining market research, usage data, and competitive insight, then turn that vision into a clear roadmap that aligns the whole company.
- Own products from first idea through launch and growth, working side-by-side with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to ship features that attract and keep users.
- Translate complex priorities into crisp narratives that resonate from day-to-day teammates all the way up to the executive team, keeping everyone aligned on what matters most.
What you'll need
Five or more years of product management, product design, or equivalent consulting experience, including at least one 0-to-1 product launch. You bring a growth mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to set measurable goals that tie directly to business outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proven experience running post-launch experiments and optimizations. Bonus points if you have built marketplace or network-effect products, shipped AI or machine-learning experiences, or performed quantitative analysis in Python, R, or SQL.
