What you bring

In this full-time, on-site role, you will serve as a key leader within our product department. You will be responsible for mentoring our team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our product suite continues to evolve to meet the needs of our growing customer base. Your work will focus on the following core areas:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals while reducing the time it takes to bring new features to market.
• Leading and mentoring a talented team of product managers and designers to foster a culture of experimentation and high performance.
• Utilizing data analytics to measure performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that every initiative contributes to measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings more than five years of experience in product management, ideally within tech-driven or operational sectors. You should have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and a deep understanding of API integrations and agile methodologies. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with founders and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, and we value candidates who demonstrate a history of building high-performance teams and executing product roadmaps with speed and precision.
