At Parachute Health, we are on a mission to ensure that every patient receives the medical equipment they need exactly when they need it. Currently, the medical equipment ordering process is often slow and reliant on outdated methods like faxing, which can lead to poor patient outcomes. We are changing this by building a digital platform that is significantly faster than the status quo, connecting hospitals, payors, and suppliers to create a simple, transparent experience. As a fast-growing, remote-first company, we are looking for a Lead Product Manager to help us transform post-acute care and improve the lives of millions.

- Conduct discovery research and define release roadmaps that prioritize time to value.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to bring new features to market.
- Establish and track measurable success metrics to ensure our products solve real customer problems.
- Drive organizational alignment by clearly communicating product vision and roadmap artifacts.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years specifically within the healthcare sector.
- Deep subject matter expertise in payor workflows, including electronic prior authorization, claims management, and eligibility verification.
- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to influence architectural decisions and solve technical challenges alongside partners.
- Proven ability to engage external stakeholders and build consensus across diverse groups.
- Experience thriving in an agile environment and managing product development through ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to visualize ideas clearly.
- Must be located within the United States and willing to travel approximately once per quarter.
- Fluency in English.

- Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience facilitating user research and discovery sessions.
- Specific knowledge or experience within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry.
