Key outcomes
- Drive the evolution of our platform to empower developers to build enterprise-grade software that enhances public health.
- Design and implement intuitive data transformation tools that simplify complex workflows for platform authors.
- Standardize data communication by integrating industry protocols such as FHIR and HL7 to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Productize our data, integration, and AI capabilities to maintain our competitive edge and support market scaling.
- Prioritize product initiatives by balancing immediate market demands with our long-term strategic vision.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies and ensure successful feature adoption.
- Utilize market trends, user feedback, and direct data to align product development with our core business goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, specifically within low or no code platform products.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives from conception to launch, particularly regarding data transformation, integrations, and machine learning.
- Strong ability to identify user needs, define value propositions, and translate solutions into technical specifications for engineering partners.
- Proficiency in user experience design and research methodologies to validate product decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $190,000. In addition to the base salary, your total compensation package includes performance bonuses and company stock options. We also provide a comprehensive benefits suite, which includes:
