Lead Product Manager at Brainly

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to guide the next phase of growth for Brainly, the world's leading homework-help platform that now serves more than 300 million students, parents, and teachers with AI-powered, personalized learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape the long-term vision and product strategy for our mobile apps in close partnership with company leadership.
• Drive user acquisition and retention by designing growth initiatives across organic, paid, and partnership channels.
• Define and track key performance indicators, run A/B tests, and turn data insights into clear product priorities.
• Work side-by-side with design, engineering, and content teams to deliver intuitive, engaging, and personalized experiences.
• Stay ahead of educational trends and emerging technologies to keep Brainly at the forefront of AI-driven learning.
• Foster a culture of experimentation while balancing innovation with scalable, practical solutions.

Must-haves

• At least six years of product management experience, ideally within a B2C internet or technology company.
• Hands-on success building and scaling consumer mobile apps with large, active user bases.
• Proven ability to deliver product-driven growth that increases installs, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Strong command of the app-growth ecosystem, including user-acquisition mechanics and retention tactics.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions.
• Deep appreciation for user experience and design principles.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in English.
