What you'll be doing

• Drive Product Strategy: You will define and execute the vision for our Back Office product domain, ensuring that your roadmap aligns with our broader company goals and delivers meaningful value to our users.
• Coordinate Product Squads: You will provide leadership and mentorship to 2–4 cross-functional squads, helping them prioritize tasks, manage resources, and maintain a high standard of delivery.
• Ensure Product Quality and Performance: You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from validating solution designs and testing flows to analyzing performance metrics and iterating based on real-world feedback.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in product management and a passion for fintech. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in product roles, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or complex B2B sectors.
• A proven ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse, distributed teams.
• A solid grasp of product analytics, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Professional proficiency in English, at a B2-C1 level.
• Experience with internal tooling, CRM development, or compliance systems is considered a significant advantage.
