Imagine a small but mighty team that began in 2018 with one clear goal: to cut the 39 percent of global carbon emissions that come from buildings. We build smart technology that helps large organizations measure, manage, and reduce their energy use in real time, and we are now expanding quickly across the US and UK with offices in London and Washington, DC.
The opportunity
As our new Lead Product Manager you will act as the General Manager for the Energy and Sustainability portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will define the vision, set commercial targets, and guide every stage of product development so that our AI- and IoT-powered solutions deliver measurable results for clients and for the planet.
A day in the life
- Partnering with design, engineering, data science, sales, and finance to turn customer insights into shipped features that hit revenue goals on schedule and within budget.
- Running discovery sessions with clients, prioritizing the backlog, and translating findings into clear roadmap updates that the whole company can rally behind.
- Collaborating with data scientists to explore new AI and machine-learning capabilities that add value to our hardware sensors and software dashboards.
Who you are
You bring several years of product management experience at a senior or lead level, ideally in a startup environment where you have enjoyed the pace and autonomy. You have led cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle and are comfortable owning both product KPIs and revenue targets. An entrepreneurial mindset, deep curiosity, and a collaborative approach are second nature to you. Experience in proptech, energy, or with IoT hardware is highly valued, as is prior success working in a Product General Manager model.
