In a world that is increasingly digital, our mission is to help people step away from their screens and engage with the world around them. We operate a managed marketplace that connects travelers with exceptional tours, museums, and live events. We have already served tens of millions of guests across more than 100 cities, and we are proud to be a profitable, rapidly growing company backed by over $60 million in funding. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis to help us continue building a durable, long-term business.
What you'll be doing
- You will take full ownership of a key product pod, such as Acquisition, Discovery, Conversion, or our Managed Marketplace, where you will define strategy and develop innovative features that directly impact our growth.
- You will mentor your pod team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to build efficient systems and processes that improve productivity, conversion rates, and the overall customer experience.
- You will monitor the performance of your product launches, using data and user insights to iterate on your work and ensure we are consistently delivering value to our global user base.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 6 years of experience in product management, with a strong background specifically within the E-commerce sector.
- You possess at least 2 years of direct experience leading teams and managing the full product development lifecycle.
- You have a proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products.
- You are comfortable working in an environment driven by metrics, experimentation, and user research.
- You are highly skilled at writing clear, actionable documentation and product requirements that align your team on strategy and priorities.
- You are fluent in English and capable of communicating complex technical and business trade-offs effectively.
What you'll get
We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. While we do not have specific salary information to share at this time, we offer the opportunity to make an outsized impact at a high-growth company. As a member of our team, you will work in a culture that values ownership, deep market understanding, and data-driven decision-making. We celebrate our differences and provide equal employment opportunities to all, ensuring that our workplace remains a supportive space for every employee.
