About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager for User Growth & Engagement to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a strategic leadership position where you will report directly to our CEO and CPO. You will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience across our platforms, focusing on driving retention and engagement through high-quality product development. We operate in a fast-paced environment, so we need a leader who can balance high-level strategy with rapid, effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for user growth and engagement, ensuring alignment with our broader company goals.
- Conduct deep qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors and pain points, using those insights to define clear product requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute on an ambitious roadmap while fostering a culture of accountability and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically with consumer-facing products or within the digital creator ecosystem.
- A proven track record of leadership, characterized by a deep sense of ownership and the ability to move quickly from ambiguity to clarity.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy to diverse audiences, including team members, stakeholders, and users.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Location
This position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a target base salary ranging from $180,000 to $250,000 depending on your experience, along with a competitive equity package. Our benefits include:
