What you'll be doing
- Perform deep dives into the competitive landscape to ensure our platform remains the market leader in strategically important regions.
- Analyze international compliance requirements regarding ownership management to identify and execute opportunities for automation.
- Translate complex equity calculations currently managed in manual spreadsheets into intuitive, automated, and accessible digital workflows.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- Over 7 years of experience in product management, specifically within high-growth software development settings.
- A proven history of collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and business partners to ship impactful products.
- Strong systems thinking skills, with the ability to navigate between high-level product strategy and granular technical problem-solving.
- A resourceful, scrappy mindset that allows you to validate hypotheses effectively, whether through building software or alternative methods.
- Fluency in English, which is essential for working with our distributed team across Europe, North America, and Brazil.
