What is this role?
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to oversee our Energy and Sustainability portfolio. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates based in the US. As a senior leader reporting to the VP of Product, you will act as the general manager for this product line, taking full ownership of its success and commercial outcomes within our startup environment.
What will you do?
- Define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that our strategy is clearly communicated and understood across the entire organization.
- Take full ownership of your product KPIs, including direct responsibility for revenue targets.
- Lead the product discovery process by collaborating with clients, sales, engineering, data science, and design teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality solutions.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have a strong background in Product Management at a lead or senior level, along with an entrepreneurial mindset. We value candidates who have a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams and who possess the curiosity to solve complex problems. Proficiency in English is required. You will be especially well-suited for this role if you have experience with IoT hardware, AI/ML applications, or if you have previously worked in the Proptech or Energy sectors.
