About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager for our Energy and Sustainability product portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will serve as the āGeneral Managerā for this portfolio, working closely with leaders across the organization to deliver world class products and, ultimately, successful commercial outcomes.
What youāll be doing
Serve as the senior-most Product Manager for our sustainability and energy efficiency portfolio.Shape the product vision and develop the product roadmap; clearly communicate what we are building and why we are building it across the business.Own the KPIs for your product - including revenue targets.Work closely with design, engineering, data science, marketing, sales, deployment, and finance to bring solutions to market on time, on budget, and with high quality.Drive the product discovery process, working closely with clients, to determine what goes into the backlog (and then prioritise decisively).Work closely with Sales and directly with clients to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.Working with Data Science to develop value-add applications of AI and ML.Evangelise the product both internally and externally.
What you will need
Proven Product Management experience at a Senior or Lead level.Entrepreneurial approach to product creation/development.Track record of success at leading cross functional teams (especially design + engineering).Be collaborative, curious, and have an ownership mindset.
What will make you stand out
Experience working in the Proptech or Energy space is highly desirable.Experience working in a āProduct General Managerā model and/or owning commercial KPIs for your product.Experience working with hardware solutions (IoT sensors ideally).Worked in a tech startup environment (and enjoyed it!).
