We’re Infogrid, a fast-growing startup founded in 2018 that helps large buildings cut carbon emissions through smart technology. Buildings are responsible for 39 percent of global emissions, and our IoT and AI solutions give facility teams the data they need to run properties more efficiently. We’re still early in our journey, so every role here carries real responsibility and plenty of room to shape what comes next.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, remote Lead Product Manager position focused on our Energy and Sustainability product line. You’ll act as the senior product leader for the portfolio, reporting to the VP of Product and working as the “General Manager” who owns both the vision and the commercial results.
What will you do?
- Define the product vision and roadmap for our energy-efficiency solutions, then communicate priorities clearly across design, engineering, data science, sales, and finance so we deliver on time and on budget.
- Own the portfolio KPIs, including revenue targets, and use customer conversations and data to decide what belongs in the backlog and how to sequence it.
- Partner with the data-science team to explore new AI and machine-learning features while working directly with clients and the sales team to spot opportunities for product improvements.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring several years of product-management experience at a senior or lead level and have already guided cross-functional teams from idea to launch. You’re comfortable owning commercial outcomes, enjoy the pace of a startup, and approach problems with curiosity and an ownership mindset. Strong written and spoken English is essential. Experience in proptech or energy, familiarity with IoT hardware, and a track record of working in a “Product General Manager” model are all highly valued.
What's in it for you?
We offer equity participation along with remote work, flexible hours, vision and dental coverage, a 401k, and dedicated monthly professional-development time. You’ll also receive an annual carbon-offset allowance of roughly twelve tonnes per employee. Most importantly, you’ll join a small, mission-driven team that is genuinely excited about cutting emissions at scale and giving you the autonomy to make a measurable difference.
