About the Role
We are searching for a Lead Product Manager for Core Services Finance to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our financial core services. You will work within a flexible, remote-first culture that values performance and innovation, helping us maintain our position as a leader in the fintech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the product strategy specifically for our Core Services Finance division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to build scalable and user-friendly financial systems.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, with a preference for backgrounds in payments, treasury, accounting, or finance.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of managing teams and launching successful products.
- Deep understanding of treasury, accounting, and finance functions.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive informed, strategic decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is remote and open to candidates located in Argentina, Brazil, Spain, or Uruguay.
