We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Core Services Finance team on a full-time basis. At dLocal, we empower the world's largest companies to process payments across 40 emerging markets. As both a payment processor and a merchant of record, we simplify global expansion for our clients. You will join a diverse, international team of over 1,000 people from more than 30 nationalities, all working in a remote-first environment to impact millions of lives daily.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the strategy and execution for our Core Services Finance product line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and data science to build scalable and user-friendly financial systems.
- Mentor junior team members while fostering an innovative and collaborative culture.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who possess a proven track record of launching successful products and driving innovation. You should have at least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally within the finance, treasury, payments, or accounting sectors. You must be fluent in both English and Spanish and be located in Argentina, Brazil, Spain, or Uruguay. Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial functions, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships are essential for this role.
