About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior-level role, you will focus on building and refining products that help lenders verify employment and income, ultimately improving the borrower experience. You will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside our engineering, design, compliance, and analytics departments to create solutions that mitigate risk and increase loan processing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of lending-focused integrations and features, taking them from initial concept to successful launch.
- Partner with our data and engineering teams to build scalable, secure workflows for income and employment verification.
- Execute user testing and A/B experiments with lenders to validate product usability and drive higher conversion rates.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who brings the following qualifications to our team:
- At least 5 years of product management experience specifically within fintech, lending, or mortgage sectors.
- A proven history of shipping products that serve underwriters, risk teams, or financial institutions.
- Deep familiarity with loan origination, decisioning workflows, and the nuances of income verification.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform product strategy and experimentation.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
