Lead Product Manager - Billing & Invoicing at Pnlfin

Key outcomes

• Define and execute the product strategy for our end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable solutions, including payment automation, e-invoicing, and bill capture.
• Deeply analyze the SME cash flow management journey to identify and resolve critical user pain points.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial discovery and research to development, launch, and iterative improvement.
• Prioritize a feature pipeline that drives adoption, engagement, and monetization for our invoicing and bill payment tools.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and data analysts to build intuitive and high-impact product experiences.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, such as invoice creation rates and payment processing efficiency, to ensure we meet our strategic goals.
• Stay ahead of market trends in B2B payments, open banking, and e-invoicing across Europe.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of product management experience with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or Fintech environments.
• An AI-native mindset, with a strong desire to leverage and integrate AI tools into product development.
• Demonstrable experience in a customer-centric team, with a deep understanding of user needs and problem-solving.
• Solid expertise in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable automation, including e-invoicing or accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and define clear metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with B2B payment rails like SEPA or instant payments, as well as document data extraction and accounting integrations.
• A background in fast-growing startups or scaleup environments.
• Experience managing products across multiple European markets.
• Practical experience leveraging AI to drive automation or generate insights within financial products.
