Finom is a European tech startup based in Amsterdam, and we are dedicated to transforming the financial landscape for entrepreneurs everywhere. We are building an all-in-one B2B platform that combines banking, accounting, and invoicing into a single, mobile-first experience. With over $346 million in total funding and the support of long-term backers like General Catalyst, we are rapidly expanding our footprint across Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain. We believe in fostering an environment where bold ideas thrive, and we are looking for passionate people to help us simplify financial management for small and medium-sized businesses.
What is this role?
We are seeking a strategic Lead Product Manager to take ownership of our Bills and Invoices products. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. As a lead-level professional, you will report to the Head of Product for Core Experiences and drive the strategy for our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable solutions. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, high-impact tools that help entrepreneurs manage their cash flow more effectively.
What will you do?
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our end-to-end AR and AP solutions, including payment automation, e-invoicing, and bill capture.
- Deeply analyze the SME cash flow journey to identify critical user pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to launch and iterate on features that increase engagement and monetization.
What makes you a great fit?
You have at least 7 years of product management experience, ideally within the B2B SaaS or Fintech space. We are looking for someone who is AI-native and excited about leveraging automation to improve financial workflows. You should have a solid grasp of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, as well as a strong analytical mindset for tracking KPIs like payment efficiency. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
What's in it for you?
We offer a supportive and innovative work culture where you can truly influence the direction of our product. Benefits include:
- Remote work flexibility that allows you to work from anywhere.
- Participation in our Stock Options Program, giving you a stake in our collective success.
- Access to our unique Work & Swim program, which offers a month-long stay in a corporate apartment in Cyprus to help you achieve a great work-life balance.
