Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your product area while aligning with our broader mission.
• Manage products from the initial ideation phase through development, experimentation, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to build features that improve user retention and growth.
• Use data analysis and market research to understand our competitive landscape and drive strategic decision-making.
• Communicate project priorities and experimental results clearly to stakeholders ranging from internal teams to executive leadership.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product design, or a related consulting role.
• Proven track record of building products from the ground up.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to define and analyze metrics to measure product success.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey strategy to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading post-launch optimizations and developing testing strategies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with marketplace products, network effects, or aggregators.
• Background in building products that leverage Machine Learning and AI.
• Hands-on experience conducting quantitative business or product analysis using SQL, Python, or R.

Benefits

The salary range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area is $208,000 to $282,000 USD.
