Lead Product Designer at Vitally

At Vitally, we provide a Customer Success platform that balances power and flexibility with a clean, simple user experience. Our software is trusted by industry leaders such as Segment, Productboard, and Zapier to manage analytics, automation, and project workflows. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of our interface. While our headquarters are in New York City, this is a remote position open to candidates anywhere.

Key outcomes

• Take ownership of all design aspects for our platform, including UI, UX, and graphic elements.
• Collaborate closely with our CEO and product managers to develop designs that distinguish our platform from competitors.
• Engage with our customers and analyze data to inform design decisions that translate into actionable features for our engineering team.
• Create a wide range of designs, from intuitive user interfaces to complex data visualizations that support our reporting and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in product design, specifically within the SaaS sector.
• A strong background in designing complex, B2B-focused platforms.
• Expertise in modern design tools, with a primary focus on Figma.
• A technical mindset that allows you to understand how engineers will implement your designs.
• A disciplined approach to design that values both aesthetic quality and practical usability.
• The ability to maintain and contribute to design patterns and style guides.
• Fluency in English.
