Lead Product Designer at unybrands

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team in Germany on a full-time, on-site basis. Since our founding in 2020, unybrands has been building a next-generation e-commerce platform designed to scale micro-brands. We operate globally from our headquarters in Miami and offices in cities like Berlin, London, New York, and Shanghai. By acquiring and integrating e-commerce brands, we optimize their operations and expand their reach through our expert infrastructure. As a member of our Technology Leadership Team reporting to the CTPO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product culture and driving discovery for our AI-enabled retail platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives by influencing our roadmap, mentoring cross-functional partners, and fostering a customer-centric environment through workshops and continuous discovery habits.
• Drive strategic impact by collaborating with our product teams to solve complex challenges across our global supply chain and for our portfolio of nearly 30 brands.
• Serve as a hands-on individual contributor who designs intuitive, user-centric solutions while advocating for platform users and sharing strategic insights with senior leadership.

Requirements

• A pragmatic mindset that thrives in ambiguous environments and allows you to proactively navigate change and solve problems.
• Extensive experience in facilitating engaging workshops with stakeholders, customers, and product teams.
• Proven background working with AI-based products, including LLM-based tools, predictive services, or AI agents.
• Strong communication skills in English, with additional experience in retail, supply chain, or business process automation considered a significant advantage.
