Key outcomes

• Take ownership of major design initiatives for our consumer web wallet and developer dashboard.
• Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to refine our core offerings using actionable user insights.
• Establish high standards for design craft, creativity, and user empathy across the organization.
• Drive innovation in the web3 space by applying deep knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and design best practices.
• Conduct user research and develop prototypes to validate concepts and iterate quickly.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistent, high-quality output as we scale.
• Provide mentorship to the design team and help cultivate a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in product design, ideally within startup, developer tooling, or web3 environments.
• A strong interest in blockchain technology, with specific knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem.
• Proven ability to navigate complex problem spaces while balancing business objectives with technical constraints.
• Mastery of interaction design and UX fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind your design decisions.
• Direct experience as a crypto user.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior professional experience in the web3 industry.
• A deep understanding of current industry trends and the evolving blockchain landscape.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $210,000, depending on your specific experience and skills. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
