We are looking for a visionary Lead Product Designer to help us continue building the future of secure, digital commerce by tackling complex fraud mitigation challenges.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. We are seeking a seasoned Lead-level designer to join our centralized UX team, where you will shape the design strategy for our identity and fraud mitigation products while mentoring fellow designers.
Your impact
- Drive the design vision for large-scale, strategic features that protect financial institutions and their customers from online fraud.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers to define problems, brainstorm solutions, and ensure high-quality, accessible product launches.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers while setting a high bar for design craft, file organization, and research-backed decision-making.
What you'll need
- At least 6 years of experience in product design for responsive web applications, specifically with complex problem-solving.
- Proven ability to design for multi-sided marketplaces or ecosystems, including experience building products from the ground up.
- Expertise in the full design lifecycle, from initial sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and FigJam.
- Strong proficiency in UX research, including conducting usability tests and customer interviews to inform design decisions.
- Technical familiarity with tools such as FullStory for interaction analysis, Pendo for in-app messaging, and Zeroheight or Storybook for design system documentation.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
- A collaborative, ego-free mindset that values data-driven results and accessibility.
