We are currently looking for a Lead Performance Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity to help scale our growth strategy and drive customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Execute and scale Paid Social campaigns across channels such as Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok while maintaining a strong focus on customer acquisition cost predictions.
- Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to ensure we maintain cost-efficiency and scalability within our established steering framework.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned with our broader business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, specifically with deep expertise in Paid Social.
- Proven experience integrating Influencer Marketing into broader campaign strategies.
- A highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English to support our international team and customer base.
