WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

We’re seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to scale our digital growth strategy and drive customer acquisition in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Paid Social campaigns and experience with Influencer Marketing.

YOUR MISSION:

• Driving Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, Reddit, YouTube and TikTok to maximize customer acquisition alongside well-developed CAC payback predictions
• Managing and optimizing marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and scalability in a well-defined steering regime.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
• Analyzing data to track performance and uncover actionable insights.
• Testing and iterating on creatives, audiences, and campaigns to stay ahead of industry trends.

ABOUT YOU:

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience, with Paid social expertise. 
• Experience with Influencer Marketing to complement campaign strategies. 
• A strong analytical mindset and the ability to optimize for measurable results.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for growth, creativity, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
