Role at a glance

We are searching for a Lead Penetration Tester to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a senior-level position where you will take the helm of our security testing operations, applying your technical expertise to protect critical infrastructure.

Your impact

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of penetration testers while designing sophisticated engineering attacks against biometric systems.
• Develop and refine our internal methodologies for testing, including automating common techniques to boost our overall efficiency.
• Translate complex security findings into clear, actionable reports for both our technical staff and executive leadership teams.

To succeed in this role, you should be a natural problem solver who can think like an adversary to anticipate the next wave of cyber threats. We value candidates who possess the following:

• A strong command of the Linux command line and a deep background in ethical hacking.
• Proven experience in managing or mentoring technical teams.
