What you bring
We are seeking a Lead Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our Customer Excellence team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for guiding clients through digital transformations, specifically focusing on Microsoft technologies like Dynamics 365 and the M365 ecosystem. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, though we prefer those in the Central or Eastern time zones.
- Lead comprehensive organizational change management programs for large-scale technology deployments and platform rollouts.
- Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to maximize user adoption and technology proficiency.
- Partner with our internal sales and delivery teams to position the value of change management and support the development of proposals and statements of work.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of experience in management consulting or organizational change management, with a specific focus on Microsoft technology implementations. We require a certification such as Prosci or CCMP to ensure you are well-versed in structured change methodologies. You should have a proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives involving over 1,000 users and feel comfortable supporting pre-sales efforts. We value individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and capable of mentoring junior team members. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be prepared for up to 25% travel.
