We are looking for a Lead .NET Software Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in designing high-quality, scalable software while guiding your team toward engineering excellence and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Lead an Agile team by managing projects and scrum boards.
Design robust software systems using principles like low coupling, modularization, and separation of concerns.
Apply SOLID principles and design patterns through object-oriented analysis and programming.
Collaborate with architects and principal engineers to shape our long-term system architecture.
Implement defensive programming, fault tolerance, and exception handling to ensure system stability.
Champion Test-Driven Design and continuous integration workflows.
Mentor team members to support their technical development and career progression.
Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture.

Must-haves

At least 7 years of professional experience in software development using C#, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar object-oriented languages.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development with JavaScript.
Proven track record of leading Agile teams, including project management and mentorship.
Hands-on experience building scalable solutions within Azure or other cloud environments.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
Professional proficiency in English.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is 57,000 to 86,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we offer the following:
