The role
We are hiring a Lead .NET Developer for a full-time, hybrid position. You will guide the technical direction of complex .NET and cloud-based applications while working at least two days each week from our office at 390 Robert Street North in Saint Paul. The role calls for someone with lead-level experience who can combine hands-on development with architectural oversight and team mentorship.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of .NET and cloud-based applications while applying Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous quality improvements across projects.
- Partner with solution architects, product owners, and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions, integrate third-party APIs and Azure services, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable automated deployments.
Skills and experience
You bring deep experience with .NET development, cloud architecture on Azure, and modern practices such as Domain-Driven Design, API integration, and performance optimization. Strong command of CI/CD pipelines, technical documentation, and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues are essential. You communicate clearly in English and are comfortable leading both technical strategy discussions and day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams. An in-person interview is required as part of our hiring process.
