Role at a glance

We are searching for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in production-grade ML systems. You will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment within the United States, collaborating with a talented group of engineers and analysts to drive our technical roadmap forward.

Your impact

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of machine learning engineers and data analysts to build and deploy high-impact models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex business needs into scalable, technical machine learning solutions.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning techniques to continuously improve the performance and accuracy of our recommendation systems.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience successfully deploying machine learning projects into production environments.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, guiding technical teams and managing project priorities.
• A solid foundation in applied mathematics, statistics, and algorithmic design.
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning and deep learning, specifically using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and visualization techniques.
