Bharja Technologies is looking for a Lead iOS, Android, Web Developers, System Analysts and Web Designers
We are looking for experienced Lead Developers, System Analysts, and Web Designers to join our team in India for a full-time, on-site role. Our company focuses on building innovative and scalable technology solutions, and we need self-motivated individuals who are ready to take ownership of their work and drive our technical vision forward.
Responsibilities
- Build new, innovative features while maintaining and improving our existing systems, with a focus on 70% new development and 30% maintenance.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and share your technical insights with the rest of the team.
- Manage your own projects effectively while collaborating with and supporting your colleagues to ensure we meet our goals.
- Take initiative to create scalable applications without needing constant supervision.
- Commit to continuous learning and solving complex problems using modern technology.
- Ensure all products follow industry best practices, including security standards, data protection laws, and IT regulations.
Must-haves
- Strong proficiency in Android SDK, Swift, Objective C, and Java.
- Experience working with REST APIs and OOP principles.
- Technical capability in PHP and Python.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- A self-directed mindset with a strong desire to learn and operate independently.
