What is this role?
We are looking for a Lead Integration Engineer Associate Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position designed for a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in leading the design and construction of integration solutions. You will be at the heart of our technical operations, helping to shape our architecture while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
What will you do?
- Work closely with the Data Architecture team to develop top-tier integration solutions that deliver real value to our customers.
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable requirements, guiding projects from the initial idea all the way to final delivery.
- Design and build scalable, robust integration architectures that handle complex use cases, including real-time streaming, event-driven tasks, and batch processing.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a deep background in integration design patterns and proven experience with iPaaS tools. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to the table:
- At least 8 years of experience in integration design and architecture.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience using Workato.
- Expertise in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational or NoSQL databases, as well as Snowflake and AWS.
- A solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and automation tools.
- Experience working with SOAP/REST APIs and managing API governance.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
