Role at a glance
We are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position that operates on a hybrid model, requiring up to two days per week in our North Bristol office. You must be eligible for DV clearance to be considered for this role.
Your impact
- Define and execute our corporate IT strategy by translating complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Take full ownership of our IT estate, including AWS and M365 environments, while setting the standard for technical excellence across the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, such as InfoSec and Finance, to ensure our IT capabilities evolve in line with our growth.
What you'll need
You should be an expert in modern infrastructure management with a strong ability to lead both people and technical projects. We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently and brings the following expertise:
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS and Azure networking, security, and account configuration.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Microsoft365DSC.
- A background in designing robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Experience managing SaaS deployments and maintaining compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
