We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our Human Resources team and support our employees across the US, Canada, and the UK.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Lead - Human Resources to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in India. Because we support a global workforce, you will need to work in shifts to align with US time zones. This is a remote role, so you should be comfortable collaborating within a distributed team environment.
What will you do?
- Support our HR team with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with the broader HR department to improve our service offerings by planning, implementing, and evaluating our internal policies, programs, and practices.
- Manage various administrative tasks, such as payroll maintenance, compliance, employee benefits, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources and hold a master’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field. You should be proficient in English and possess the following qualities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
- Technical proficiency in using Excel and Google Workspace to track and analyze data, along with the ability to navigate various HR software platforms.
- Excellent presentation and creative communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving company.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
