Our goal is to eliminate common barriers like long wait times and inconsistent treatment tracking, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us become the nation’s most trusted provider of pediatric mental health care.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Lead Healthcare Mobile Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a leadership-level position for an experienced engineer who is ready to take ownership of our mobile strategy. You will play a pivotal role in building the workflows and integrations that support our clinical staff, patients, and their families as they navigate their treatment journeys.

- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, well-tested, and maintainable technology solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship to the engineering team, conduct thorough code reviews, and establish best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. We value clear communication and the ability to balance technical trade-offs effectively.
- You have 5+ years of experience in deploying advanced web applications and services.
- You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready, cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Ionic.
- You possess a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and modern integration methods.
- You are comfortable working with our tech stack, which includes Golang for the backend, React/Typescript for web, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in healthcare technology is considered a significant plus.
- You are an effective teacher who enjoys mentoring others and fostering a growth-oriented engineering culture.
What's in it for you?

- Comprehensive medical insurance starting on your first day.
- A 401k plan with company matching.
- Flexible time off, paid holidays, and a 4-week paid sabbatical.
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
- The opportunity to work in a fully remote environment with a mission-driven team dedicated to improving pediatric mental health.
