About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for Enterprise Software Solutions for a Full Time position. In this senior role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support our Regional Business Development Managers. You will report directly to our Vice President of Sales and play a vital role in fueling our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through telephone outreach, email campaigns, and social media engagement to introduce our solutions to the right buyers.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospect pain points and determine how our technology can effectively address their specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and regional managers to manage the sales pipeline, track prospect interactions in our system, and ensure we are on track to meet our quarterly revenue goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a proven background in lead generation and sales prospecting. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in prospecting and qualifying software sales leads.
- A dynamic personality with the confidence to reach out to and engage with high-level decision makers.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct research, perform needs assessments, and manage accurate data within our internal systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both for direct outreach and internal reporting.

This is an on-site position based in the United States.
