Role at a glance

This is a full-time, on-site position based in either Portugal or Sweden. As a Lead level engineer, you will be the technical anchor for our cross-functional teams, guiding the development of sophisticated web applications while occasionally supporting mobile projects. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on implementation, ensuring our products are as robust as they are innovative.

Your impact

• You will own the technical delivery of projects, driving the architectural vision while staying deeply involved in coding, testing, and deployment across the full stack.
• You will mentor and uplift your fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative environment where technical excellence and team growth go hand in hand.
• You will act as a key partner to our clients and stakeholders, translating complex technical constraints into clear, actionable roadmaps that keep projects on time and on budget.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who balances technical authority with a humble, human-centric approach to teamwork. You should be fluent in English and possess the following:

• Significant experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js, alongside a strong grasp of modern front-end frameworks like React.
• A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to design and secure resilient, scalable systems using both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster alignment across diverse teams.
• A proactive mindset that welcomes feedback and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Perks and compensation

We offer competitive compensation packages tailored to your location and experience level:

• Portugal: €54,000 to €78,000 per year.
• Sweden: 55,000 to 75,000 SEK per month.
