What you bring

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience of our React-based front-end applications while collaborating with our back-end team to build out essential loan product features. You will be responsible for leading the development of customer-facing flows for both loan origination and servicing, ensuring our technology remains as seamless as our mission.

• Develop and maintain high-quality, user-centric front-end features for our loan platforms.
• Collaborate closely with back-end engineers and product managers to ensure smooth integration of all system functionalities.
• Take full ownership of web UX development projects from start to finish in our fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have at least five years of experience in front-end development, specifically with React. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with professional experience using Ruby on Rails. You should be highly proficient in modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, including pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS. We value candidates who have a strong background in API-based applications and are comfortable working with TDD and CI/CD practices. Exceptional communication skills in English are essential, as is a keen eye for cross-browser compatibility and technical design feasibility.
