What you bring

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will take on a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will be responsible for guiding our engineering efforts, focusing on high-performance web applications built on Java and Spring Boot. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and operational success of our core web applications.
• Mentoring our onshore engineering team while coordinating effectively with our offshore partners.
• Driving architectural innovation and maintaining high standards for code quality across our services.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities. You should hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess over seven years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot. A successful candidate will demonstrate a mastery of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. We value those who can navigate complex technical challenges with initiative and clear communication. While your focus will be on the backend, having experience with React for front-end development is highly beneficial. Familiarity with AWS, Kafka, GraphQL, and CI/CD pipelines will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.

What we offer
