The role

We are hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer to work remotely across the United States on a full-time basis. This senior-level position calls for someone who can guide technical direction while contributing directly to production code for either client teams or FullStack product squads.

Core responsibilities

• Integrate into client engineering teams or lead a FullStack product squad to design, build, and ship custom software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and ensuring that deliverables meet agreed-upon quality and timeline commitments.
• Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance, while collaborating daily with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Skills and experience

• At least eight years of professional experience building and deploying modern web interfaces, including meaningful work with ReactJS and .NET.
• Three or more years in a leadership capacity guiding engineering teams or projects.
• Two or more years designing data models and working with open-source relational database systems.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and a track record of delivering on Agile or Scrum teams.
• A completed four-year college degree and advanced proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of your work, consistently meet 40-hour weekly commitments, and align your efforts with client goals.
