About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Full-Stack Developer on a full-time basis. In this position you will guide the design and delivery of AI-driven experiments, mentor engineers across teams, and help scale our machine-learning capabilities inside a remote-first environment that values continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical decision-making and mentor team members to raise code quality and maintainability across our .NET and React services.
- Design and run A/B and multi-armed bandit experiments that use large language models to improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering stakeholders to translate business goals into reliable, scalable software architecture.
Requirements
- At least six years of full-stack development experience with C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, and React.
- Strong skills in SQL and database design, including work with large-scale systems such as SQL Server or Elasticsearch.
- Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs, applying service-oriented architecture patterns, and using Git for source control.
- Proven practice of Test-Driven Development and writing both unit and integration tests.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams that follow continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Practical knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and integrating APIs such as OpenAI.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2 level or higher) and the ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and resolving production issues quickly.
- Python experience is a plus.
