Lead Frontend Developer at Linkurious

We are a team of seven developers working under the guidance of an Engineering Manager, and we are currently looking for a passionate leader to head our frontend chapter. Our work centers on Linkurious Enterprise, a powerful platform that leverages graph databases to help organizations uncover insights. We operate in a cross-functional environment where developers, product managers, designers, and QA engineers collaborate closely in two-week sprints. The opportunity

As our Lead Frontend Developer, you will serve as the technical anchor for our team of three frontend engineers. You will bridge the gap between high-level architectural strategy and day-to-day execution. This role is perfect for someone who loves to code but is equally energized by the prospect of mentoring others and shaping the technical direction of a product. You will work directly with our CTO and other stakeholders to ensure our code remains robust, scalable, and aligned with our long-term product roadmap.

A day in the life

• You will provide hands-on technical leadership by contributing to the codebase, reviewing complex architectural decisions, and ensuring our frontend standards remain high.
• You will act as a mentor to your fellow developers, fostering a culture of growth and kindness while helping the team navigate technical hurdles.
• You will facilitate communication between the frontend chapter and the wider organization, ensuring that technical risks are identified early and that our roadmap initiatives are prioritized effectively.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with over five years of experience in frontend development. You possess a deep, practical mastery of TypeScript and Angular, and you have a solid foundation in computer science principles, including data structures and design patterns. You are comfortable leading a team, explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical partners, and making pragmatic decisions that balance business needs with technical excellence. You are fluent in English, and you are authorized to work within the European Union.
