Lead Front End UI Architect at Encore Consulting

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in India as a Lead Front End UI Architect. Our company focuses on delivering high-quality technical solutions, and we need someone who can take charge of our front-end strategy while mentoring our talented developers. If you have a deep background in architecture and a passion for building data-driven interfaces, we would love to have you on board for this full-time, on-site role.

What you'll be doing

• You will oversee the high-level architecture and design of our front-end systems, ensuring we follow industry best practices and maintain rigorous development standards.
• You will manage project planning and tracking, which includes gathering requirements, reviewing estimates, and creating technical proposals for our clients.
• You will act as a mentor for our team members and work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and provide effective technical solutions.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 9 years of professional experience or a proven track record in a lead or architect position. We are looking for the following skills:

• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and Bootstrap.
• A strong grasp of Responsive Design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies and the Scrum model.
• Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be the primary point of contact for client needs.
